Moody Church Media is a donor-supported ministry of The Moody Church in Chicago, Illinois. We distribute teaching materials from The Moody Church and Dr. Erwin W. Lutzer.

We provide our content for your personal use and to share with your friends. You may not charge for any of the content we provide.

We are able to make these resources available because of financial support from donors. If you are able, as God leads, please consider a donation to Moody Church Media.

As you use and share our content, please abide by the following guidelines to help us ensure the quality of the materials being distributed.

Audio Content (CDs, MP3 CDs, & MP3 Downloads)

You may duplicate and distribute copies of the audio messages without prior permission as long as you:

Do not alter or edit the content in any way
Do not charge for the material (even to recover your cost)

Do not include your personal or organization contact information with the copy.
Do not reuse The Moody Church or Moody Church Media’s logo.

DVD & Video Content

You may not reproduce DVDs or video files from The Moody Church or Moody Church Media. If you would like to include a link to a video clip on your site, you may embed a link to the file on our site. You must include a link back to our site at www.moodymedia.org

You are welcome to show the DVDs in group settings.

Print Content

To use an excerpt from one of Dr. Lutzer’s books, please identify the publisher and contact that publishing company directly. The Moody Church and Moody Church Media can only grant permission for re-use on items that we have published.

Tax Deductions

Moody Church Media is a ministry of The Moody Church and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible according to the IRS guidelines. Your receipt will be sent via USPS and will reflect the amount of your donation minus the fair market value of any items you requested, per IRS guidelines.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping to the United States

United States Postal Service is our standard shipping method in the United States. Barring complications, your order will be processed and shipped from our fulfillment office in Chicago, Illinois within 1-2 business days of purchase. You should expect to receive your order within 10 business days. Domestic shipping outside of the continental U.S. may take an additional five business days.

In Illinois: Products purchased and/or shipped in the state of Illinois are subject to 10.25% sales tax

Expedited shipping within the United States

UPS is our primary method for expedited shipping within the United States. Please call 800.215.5001 for expedited shipping service, weekdays, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (CT).

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped using United States Postal Service. Any duty charges assessed in shipment will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Your order will be processed and shipped from our fulfillment office in Chicago, Illinois within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Refund Policy
