Let's go into the new year with a sense of anticipation, a sense of faith, and above all the deep conviction that we have a message of hope—the message of the gospel—that is so desperately needed in our very confused and oftentimes foolish world. But we are the representatives of the One who has "called us from darkness into his marvelous light." (1 Peter 2:9). Let us go into the new year with our lights shining!
